We continually educate and train our employees, provide quality employee evaluation sessions, and maintain communication with employees regularly to safeguard company policy.

3. What type of training do the employees receive?

Answer: We professionally train our staff in proper cleaning techniques based on the AHE Environmental Services Practice Guidance. We train in the following areas: use of cleaning products; proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment, workplace safety, organizational and time management skills, knowledge of our company’s policies, and effective communication skills. We incorporate the use of “Green” products and top of the line equipment and thoroughly train our staff in their effective use. We also provide hands on training.

4. Are you bonded and insured?

Answer: Yes! Valor United is bonded and insured up to $1,000,000. We are also fully licensed by the state of Texas but have the capability to expand to other states within the US.
